Lakeside Café

Lakeside Cafe served me the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I would give them more stars if I could. I had an omelette with hash browns and a short stack of pancakes. Oh my God the pancakes were so good. When they got to my table I actually had to just tear off a chunk and eat it without syrup because it smelled so good. It didn't disappoint. I put syrup on it anyway because.... come on, I'm not an animal, but it did not need it. The omelette was delicious also. The eggs were so fluffy. Anyway, great food, maybe even better service. I wish I lived close enough to eat there more often.

Very good food. Prices were competitive with other restaurants. I was at first disappointed my hash browns didn't come out crispy like I liked. The flavor they had made up for it. Service is an important consideration when I eat out. My initial impression was very low but our waitress improved my opinion. At small restaurants if they don't have a sign they usually tell you to sit where you like. I had to ask. I would go back again, the biscuits and gravy looked great.

Great breakfast food!! I ordered the basil tomato breakfast sandwich. It was huge. Only ate half...delicious!!! Everyone in our party loved their food.
